Location:
It's situated in Cottesloe, a beach-side suburb in the Perth, and is south of Seconds, Isolators and The Cove .
It's easily accessible, with a Large carpark above the location.

Artificial Reef .... Rights and lefts. Swell must be 3m+at Rottnest Island for this place to get goodAccess and Setup:
Conventional Access...you're in town!Nice big carpark above the beach. The break itself is about 250m out, but on a big swell there are some worthwhile waves on the inside, near the beach.
Because of Rottnest Island and the outer reefs off the Perth Coastline, very little swell reaches this area - it's blocked by the outer reefs.
