New Jersey Surf Spots 

New Jersey surf is undoubtedly best during autumn(fall) when it's hurricane season:

As with Long Island conditions,  sometimes you'll wear boardies, but be sure to have a 4,5,or 6mm wetsuit plus booties and a hood if you want to take advantage of the relatively less crowded cooler season.

We've listed some of the waves in New Jersey...by no means a definitive list...but its a start!....help us build the list

About building our database of New Jersey surf information:
We are not a "wiki" ...preferring an approach that, albeit a bit slower, will give our visitors more reliable information:...we check the information before it is posted.

As we receive photographs and information about New Jersey surf from our visitors (that's you! )  -  we create pages with photos of each individual spot and we link them in the tables below.

Our weather/swell forecasting will be operational early in the new year (2010), and we will provide forecasts for surf spots that we have already created "spot pages" of ... usually because we have received photos and information from a visitor.

As we begin the mammoth task of providing forecasts for all the GPS listed spots, we'll be prioritising those spots that visitors have submitted to us...so jump in early if you want to be amongst the first to get your forecasting page!

If the particular wave you are interested in is not yet visible as an active link, or not listed ....and you think you can share some local knowledge about it .... go ahead and add the wave to our database:  Add your own information about the spot and any photographs or epic video footage you may have!
