When we think of going surfing in South Australia, sharks and cold water immediately spring to mind...

The media may be giving the coastal waters of South Australia a hard time...and we think they spend too much time focussing on negative publicity:

What about the quality, uncrowded waves????

We want to help set the record straight...(yes we'll need help from locals...so feel free to contribute by adding spots and surf stories)

Here's a useful link to the SA Tourism site which does a great job of drawing attention to all the the good things SA has to offer (in addition to the great surf)...like great wines, sensational Flinders Ranges, Kangaroo Island ..etc etc

So we've decided to go about listing all the good places to go surfing in South Australia.



As we create pages about each individual spot, we'll link them.

If the particular wave you are interested in is not yet visible as an active link, or not listed ....and you think you can share some local knowledge about it ....go ahead and add the surf spot to our database.
